Language of Flowers - Lupine

$10.00Price

This is the latest entry in the "Language of Flowers" series.  The lupine flower represents imagination, new life and new directions.  From the hardy prairie lupine (the first flower to return to the alpine landscape devastated by the eruption of Mount St. Helens) to the bluebonnets of Texas, the members of the lupine family are much loved.  And right now, expecially, I find the idea of imagining a new and better future very comforting.

The model is stitched on 40 count "Affogato" linen from Fiber On A Whim.  The model is trimmed with "Union" chenille and backed with "Blue Corn" velveteen, both from Lady Dot Creates.  Stitch count is 166 wide x 89 high.  The chart calls for silk threads from Dinky Dyes and includes a conversion to DMC.
