When Lilacs Bloom'd

This design was inspired by the Walt Whitman poem, which remindes me of the importance of finding joy even in the midst of sorrow.   I would love to live in a traditional farm house like this one, surrounded by lilac bushes. 

The model is stitched on 40 count "Platinum" Newcastle linen by Zweigart.  Stitch count is 253 wide x 165 high.  This is available through your local needlework shop or online store.
